A Serial Entrepreneur and Technology Inventor

Mr. Rosario designs disruptive technology solutions in the Internet software and advertising industry. He has founded a number of High Tech Start-Ups and is the inventor of several exciting technologies focused on search, Internet advertising, e-commerce, and social media.

His technologies are designed with scalability and white label customization in mind. Whether it be a search engine, ad network, web portal, or social network, Dylan builds, sells, and licenses his technologies for both establishe enterprises and emerging Internet companies.

Mr. Rosario leads the architecture, development, and deployment of these custom technologies for start-ups and enterprises on a daily basis. His expertise and extensive experience as an Architect in web technology and Business Arts assists many organizations in developing everything from their Business / Marketing Plan and Brand experience, to writing the actual prototype software code for their next "killer app". He also asissts companies in developing their patents and defining defensible technology strategies.

In 1998 Dylan was one of the founders at ExitExchange.com the company that invented and pioneered the "Pop-Under Ad", where he developed the core ad delivery code as well as the statistics / analytics engine for tracking the network. Moving straight from development to Sales / Marketing Mr. Rosario grew the company to well over 100k publishers running the code on their web sites, which catipulted ExitExchange into the top 100 websites in the world, and generated million of ad views per day.

In 2001, Durring the "Dot Com Crash" Mr. Rosario joined IBM as an Executive Sales Engineer, where he delivered solutions to some of the largest companies in the world, including Wal-Mart, AT&T, Exxon-Mobile, and many other fortune 50 organizations. Durring is tennure at IBM, Dylan was the "go-to-geek" for state-of-the-art web deveopment between the years 2001 and 2002, where large scale implementations of Enterprise Java Application running on Multi-TeraByte servers was common occurance.

This lead to Mr. Rosarios involvement in IBM's Novo Search engine (a Google Contender) , with Dan Aspenwall (the MARcutting Technology Director) where he and Dylan delveloped, marketed, and deployed Search Engines for the Corporate Enterprise. His experience in designing parallel Search Engines gave him an intimate understanding in SEO and SEM techniques, which he employs today to the benefit of MARcutting cleints. Dylan and Dan later left IBM in 2004 to focus their energy on growing Dylan's then side business, MARcutting.com. A business which has grown to a successful agency today.
